    AI Evaluation Engineer (Freelance Contract)

    Handshake

    Designed and built challenging, realistic command-line tasks to evaluate how AI coding agents explore, run code, and solve multi-step problems in a terminal environment, each shipped as a single reproducible Docker image with a task manifest, agent-facing instructions, and an automated verifier. Authored golden reference solutions and independent pytest-based verifier suites that score agent output deterministically from on-disk artifacts, with no reliance on stdout or non-persistent state. Calibrated task difficulty to reliably challenge top-performing AI models while keeping every task solvable, ensuring the resulting evaluation signal was meaningful. Worked across a wide range of technical domains, iterating each submission through a structured review and feedback pipeline until accepted
